United Kingdom Residency Routes
Innovative Visa
The Innovative Visa is designed to attract new investors to set new businesses which are different to any business which are already established in the United Kingdom. The business idea must be endorsed by an approved endorsing body. An applicant must demonstrate the ability to invest at least £50000 in the business.
Start-up Visa
The start-up visa is similar to the innovative visa however the start up visa does require applicants to demonstrate the ability to invest £50,000 in a business.
Representative of an Overseas Business Visa
A representative of an operating overseas business may apply for UK residency through this route for the purpose of setting up a UK branch or wholly owned subsidiary.
Skilled Occupation route
The skilled worker visa is designed to attract individuals who have the necessary qualifications or experience to work in specific occupations in the United Kingdom. An approved employer must be able to endorse the application of the individual.
Appendix FM
United Kingdom Residency is available for spouses and dependents of existing UK residents. Dependents can qualify to apply for UK residency subject to fulfilling certain requirements.
Ancestry Route
The UK Ancestry Visa is designed to provide citizens of Commonwealth countries to apply for UK residency providing one of your grandparents was born in the United Kingdom.
Student Route
The Student Visa is available for any person whom has been offered admission into a course by an authorised student sponsor. The applicant must be over the age of 16.
Graduate Visa
This visa is designed to provide applicants whom have successfully completed their studies in the UK, the ability to stay in the UK for another 2 years in order to work or live in the United Kingdom.
Temporary Worker – Creative and Sporting visa (T5)
This visa is designed to provide sports-persons or any other creative workers the ability to apply for UK residency. Applicants for this visa will need to demonstrate the ability to make a significant contribution to their sport or industry.
Temporary Worker – Government Authorised Exchange visa (T5)
This temporary worker visa is available for individuals who want to come to the UK for a short time for work experience or training, an overseas government language programme, research or fellowship through an approved government authorised exchange scheme
Temporary Worker – International Agreement Worker visa (T5)
The international agreement worker visa is designed to provide a residency route for individuals contracted to do work covered by an international law or treaty while in the UK.
Temporary Worker – Seasonal Worker visa (T5)
The Seasonal Worker visa is designed to attract applicants who wish to do farm related work. This visa is only valid for a period of six months.
